
well, it’s difficult to choose which flowers to show among the springtime performers. Here I choose some for different reasons: the english rose was the first to bloom among all the other roses, the aquilegia because I admire their effort to disseminate all over the garden still maintaning the original characters, the white and yellow irises, which I forgot the name that every spring surpise me in doubling their flowers and the dalmatian irises, whch are descendant of the original irises my uncle planted more than 50 years ago and that I keep dividing every couple of years and extending their place all over the garden.
